When you submit a quote request or contact form on Veank HVAC, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city, and HVAC service requirement. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use your contact information solely to respond to your quote request and connect you with certified HVAC technicians in your area. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except the verified technician who will contact you about your job.
WhatsApp & Phone Communication
By submitting your phone number, you consent to being contacted by our team and affiliated technicians via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call regarding your HVAC service request. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at hvac@veank.com.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors use our site and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These services may set cookies in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Data Retention
We retain your contact and service request data for up to 12 months to allow follow-up on your HVAC requirements. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hvac@veank.com.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data held by Veank HVAC. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hvac@veank.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.
Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access.
Third-Party Services
Veank HVAC uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies: Supabase (database), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Vercel (hosting), and WhatsApp (communication). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these providers.
