About Veank HVAC
Veank HVAC (hvac.veank.com) is a lead generation and booking platform operated by Veank. We connect customers who need HVAC services with certified, independent technicians. Veank HVAC is not itself an HVAC contractor — we facilitate introductions between customers and service providers.
Use of the Platform
By using hvac.veank.com and submitting any quote or booking request, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your service requirements. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You agree not to submit false, fraudulent, or spam requests.
Quote Requests & Bookings
Submitting a quote request on Veank HVAC does not constitute a binding contract. Our team will contact you to discuss your requirement and connect you with a suitable technician. Pricing is provided as an estimate and is subject to on-site assessment by the technician. Final pricing is agreed directly between you and the technician.
Service Providers
HVAC technicians listed on or connected through Veank HVAC are independent service providers, not employees of Veank. While we verify credentials and ratings, Veank HVAC is not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by a technician. Any warranty or guarantee is provided by the technician directly.
Payment
Payments for HVAC services are made directly to the technician or service provider. Veank HVAC does not process or hold any payments on behalf of technicians. Any payment disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the technician.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veank HVAC and Veank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or from any HVAC services arranged through it. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on hvac.veank.com — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of Veank or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Veank HVAC after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the use of Veank HVAC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Saudi Arabia.
